How do I create my account?
Simply prepare an email you regularly use and click the icon in the top-right corner to access the sign-in page.
How do I change my account information and email address?
You can click the icon in the top-right corner to access the "Account" interface, then select "Profile" where you can edit your name and add a new address. Please note that email address changes are not currently supported.
How do I set up my account password?
We use a password-free login system. You'll receive a 6-digit code via email for account access.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay credit card.
3rd party payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods. Methods may vary based on location and order amount.
All transactions are encrypted for security.
Is my credit card data safe when purchasing through your platform?
Our platform is built on Shopify, which is fully compliant with security standards to ensure transaction safety. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within 7-15 business days after payment is completed.
What shipping methods will my order be sent with?
We offer a variety of shipping methods for you to choose from. Faster delivery methods typically come at a higher cost.

Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Additionally, the refund will only include the price of the item(s) and will not include any shipping fees.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the items within it. However, you may cancel your order at any time before it ships and simply place a new order with the correct items.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, we will send the corresponding carrier name and tracking number to your email address. You can simply enter your tracking number on the courier's official website to check the real-time shipping status.
Why is my order still not tracking even after entering the tracking number?
Shipping information may have a 24-48 hour delay in updating, especially right after the shipment is dispatched.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you haven't received your package that was marked as delivered, please wait 24 hours first, as it may have been prematurely marked and could still be out for delivery.
After 24 hours from "delivered", you are still not received your package, please contact our customer service with your order number. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
What if my package missing an item?
For every order, we provide a packing video sent to your email before dispatch.
If you notice any signs of package tampering or missing items, kindly reach out to us within 7 days for assistance.
Returns and Refund
What are the guidelines for returns?
We accept returns only if items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and free of stains, with all original tags attached. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. When trying on clothing, please take care to prevent transfer of cosmetics or deodorants onto the garments.
Is it possible to combine returns from multiple orders in one shipment?
If the orders were placed under the same email account and meet the return criteria, you may return them together in one package. Please include a note inside the package with the corresponding order numbers for the returns so we can process them accurately.
If the orders are under different email accounts, please include a note inside the package listing the order numbers corresponding to each email account.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The exact time may vary depending on your payment method.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once processing is complete. Please monitor your mailbox and verify accordingly.
Preorder
What is the preorder?
Pre-order refers to items that are temporarily out of stock but will be restocked soon. The expected restock date will be displayed on the product page. If you place a pre-order, we will reserve your order. Once the items arrive at our warehouse, we will ship them out to you immediately. After shipment, we will send a notification email to your registered email account.
How can I cancel my preorder?
Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before the item ships. Please contact us with your order number for assistance.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after shipment, but you can request a return and refund upon receipt of the items. Please check our return policy for details.
